Took over design for a live streaming platform at a point where the team needed both structure and momentum. Scaled the design system from a design-internal tool into shared infrastructure used across design and engineering, put DesignOps workflows in place so the team could move faster without losing consistency, and coached individual designers toward taking on harder problems and owning decisions. Stayed close to the actual product throughout, shipping features directly with PMs and engineers, not just reviewing work.
接手設計工作的時間點,剛好是團隊同時需要結構跟推進動力的時候。把設計系統從設計內部自用的工具,擴展成設計與工程共用的基礎建設,建立 DesignOps 流程讓團隊能夠動得更快又不失去一致性,同時帶著設計師去接更難的問題、真正把決策的責任扛起來。全程都沒有離開實際產品,直接跟 PM 和工程師一起持續交付迭代,不只是在旁邊審稿。

Led a full rebrand while the product was still being iterated. Defined brand guidelines, rebuilt the design library, and got design tokens into the codebase with engineering. Started owning projects independently, with scope gradually shifting toward product design — from ideation through to final deliverables.
在產品還在持續交付迭代的狀態下主導了一次完整的品牌重塑。定義品牌規範、圍繞這套規範重建設計元件庫,然後跟工程團隊一起把 design token 寫進 codebase,確保這套系統在我做完之後還能繼續撐著。這段期間也開始獨立接手專案,職能逐漸往 product designer 靠攏,從 ideation 階段開始介入,一路推進到可交付的設計稿。

Designed cross-platform interfaces and reorganized years of scattered design files into a structured library. Less glamorous than it sounds, but it unblocked everyone who came after. Collaborated closely with UX designers to iterate on 17LIVE's core product, and started taking on more complex projects during this period.
設計跨平台介面,同時把散落多年的設計檔案整理成一個有結構的元件庫。聽起來沒什麼,但讓後來的人都不用再從頭找起。這段期間也與 UX 設計師協作,共同推進 17LIVE 產品的持續交付迭代,並開始接手更複雜的專案。

Designed fintech flows in a fast-moving environment. The constraint wasn't creativity, it was clarity and compliance. Worked closely with PMs and engineers to make sure what shipped was both usable and legally sound.
